Shoe Goo - Clear. No mess. Permanent long lasting repair.  Use on heels and toes of soles on new shoes is preventative maintenance for tennis players & runners.  Repairs damaged heels.  Secures loose insoles.  Coats frayed laces. Shoe GOO was invented in 1972 and the formula remains the same after all these years. It's specially designed to repair, seal and stick to a wide variety of materials with superior strength. The unique formula contains a resin system designed for stronger abrasion resistance and better adhesion to flexible materials. It even contains heat dissipater, which disperse heat away from the shoe and foot. Use on plastic, metal, leather, vinyl, rubber and canvas. Net Weight: 3.7 Oz.

  • ShoeGoo should be used in a well ventilated area. Surface should be clean, dry and free of dirt. For best results, roughen surface before use. Apply ShoeGoo directly to the area to be repaired. Allow the repair to dry for 24 hours. Various materials will require different drying times. For maximum strength, allow the bond to dry for 72 hours.

3 of 5 Needed to glue back on the rubber sole of a shoe January 29, 2015

I heard that this product what I needed to glue back the rubber sole of an athletic shoe (I have no idea what happened for it to come off), but I have yet to use it.  

I scored it with three stars because I had to rate it in order for this to go through, along with other products I have just reviewed.
