At first, I found that the liquid boot stretch was not included with my order.  When I contacted the company, they immediately shipped out a replacement via priority mail.  Thanks so much for the awesome service.  The product worked very well in combination with the boot stretcher.

This stuff is just the right thing for tight cowboy boots.  Mine a double wall leather so it took two applications but it was just the answer.
