This wooden stretcher gets deep down into your boots and stretches the instep part to provide relief. One stretcher will work for right and left boot.
This professional boot instep raiser allows you to stretch the instep part of your boots.  The wooden part goes inside the boots.  Then, you will be able to use the jointed handle and turn it in order to lift the part that is touching the instep of your boot.
