The women's shoe stretcher arrived in its original box, in excellent condition. Since I have had bunion surgery on one foot and I have a bunion on the other, finding comfortable shoes is always difficult. I used the stretcher to stretch two pair of shoes with very little difficulty. The reason I say very little is because I tried to stretch one pair of flat shoes with excellent results and no difficulty and one pair of heels, that seemed to be a little less efficient. Both pair stretched very very well, especially when using the metal movable buttons( somewhat a little tight to place in the pre drilled holes),but I am going to purchase a women's shoe stretcher for heels as they are shaped for this reason. I think I will also purchase a women's shoe stretcher for boots at the same time. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Shoe Tree Marketplace again.
