The metal bunion adapter is great for spot stretching inside shoes. I ordered extra bunion attachment to use with stretcher.  Quality is great.  Fast shipping too!

I got a whole bunch of them to use on my wood stercher that I got from here. Placed them in the holes in the places where I needed to get spot stretching and they helped a lot.

I wanted more of these since the stretcher has 4 holes on each side to accommodate these. I got a whole bunch of them for perfect fit.
