It did work like a charm from the 1st time I used it. Quality is great and the price is very affordable. My local shoe shine guy suggested I should get one since it is so affordable and he gave me the website to get it: ShoeTreeMarketplace.com. he said that he gets all the shoe care supplies for his shoe shine stand from there.
